Being that we did handcraft it solely for a particular customer to a specific order, we have no choice but to sell cancelled items at a substantial clearance discount. All of this product is first quality and ready to be shipped. Because it is sold at such a discount certain rules do apply. All sales are final and there will be no returns allowed. If by chance it is damaged in transit, a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and your money will be credit. Clearance items cannot be tied in with any promotion that we may run.

The carrier will arrange for delivery with you, and then bring your furniture to the curbside, not into your home. White Glove in-home delivery service, where goods are carried into your home (up to two flights of stairs), placed in the room of your choice, unpacked and cartage removed, can be ordered for a minimal additional fee.
